The guys over at Gizmodo have posted about the official release of the free iPhone unlocking software called iUnlock (download it there.) The iPhone dev team has been working on the release for weeks now -- so far so good with the release. It is the first piece of software that will allow literally anyone to unlock their iPhone completely free of charge. Definitely worth checking it out!

Hidden iPhone features
If you're lucky enough to have an unlocked iphone (or be smart enough to figure it out) you will have quite a few hidden features available. These are iphone features that apple hasn't mentioned or advertisted at all, lucky you! Keep in mind this only applies to apple iphone firmware 1.1.1.Changing your voicemail password directly on the iPhone:
You can change your voicemail password directly from the iPhone itself. Do this by going to Settings > Phone > Change Voicemail Password.
Send audio to a bluetooth headseat via a stream:
AppleInsider discovered this neat little iPhone trick -- actually they say it's due to a bug.Your iPhone will allow you to stream all audio, including your iPod songs, movie audio and TV shows or even system sounds to a Bluetooth headset. Of course, Apple had only planned on phone calls and voicemail (when enabled) being streamed to Bluetooth headsets.
Instructions on streaming all audio (courtesy of AppleInsider):
"To take advantage of the bug and begin streaming music wirelessly, simply initiate a connection between your Bluetooth headset and the iPhone. Once the iPhone recognizes a connection from your paired headset, enter the Visual Voicemail interface under the phone application and select the "Audio" button from the upper right-hand corner of the screen. (If you do not have a Bluetooth headset paired to the iPhone or your Bluetooth headset has not initiated a connection with the iPhone, this button will instead say "Speaker".)"

Use and listen to audio attachments in email messages:
I'm sure this one is pretty obvious -- you should be able to play all audio attachments in emails and audio files in all the QuickTime audio formats it supports, including MP3's and WAV's.
Black Silicone Skin Case Review
There are hundreds of new iphone cases coming out each month but the quality of them is usually a huge dissapointment. I thought I was on an impossible mission after buying 3 cases (one on ebay, one at the mall, and one at best buy) and having each of them tear or damage easily.I've ended giving all of those away and finally found the perfect iphone case -- the Black Silicone Skin case. It seems to be the strongest iphone case on the market (at least that I personally could find.) As far as the color goes, i've always been into simple black and white -- call me boring but I think it's just more classy.
